The following is a list of food in your daily diet:
1.       Grains: 7-8 daily servings
  1. Vegetables: 4-5 daily servings
  2. Low-fat or fat-free dairy products: 2-3 daily servings
  3. Meat, poultry and fish: 2 or less daily servings
  4. Fats and oils: 2-3 daily servings
  5. Sweets: try to limit to less than 5 servings per week
  6. Fruits: 4-5 daily servings
  7. Nuts, seeds, and dry beans: 4-5 servings per week
