 Having high blood pressure is a common health hazard today. More than one in four adult have high blood pressure - maybe even you or someone in your family? It's usually not but involves the risk of serious diseases such as stroke and heart attack.


The good news is that you can improve your blood pressure with simple lifestyle changes.

The usual treatment for hypertension today is medicines. It can often be a wise choice. But what if you can get the perfect low blood pressure without drugs or side effects

High blood pressure for a few hundred years ago it was extremely rare. Something in today's environment provides an increasing number of high blood pressure. But what?

1.       What is blood pressure?



Blood pressure is exactly what it sounds like: the pressure inside your blood vessels. With a normal amount of blood, healthy heart and healthy blood vessels elastic, you get a normal blood pressure.

Low blood pressure may cause dizziness, especially just when you stand up. This is usually harmless and may depend on the volume or salt deficiency.

Mild or moderate elevations of blood pressure are rarely obvious symptoms (lighter headaches occur sometimes). Really high pressure can cause severe headaches, fatigue and nausea. High blood pressure due to the increased amount of fluid and salt in the blood or in the blood vessel walls are thickened and hard.

Since hypertension is rarely seen, one can go far with it without knowing anything. Since it is a health risk, it is wise to check their blood pressure every few years even if you are healthy in general. At least if you are middle-aged or older - high pressure becomes more common with age.
