blood pressure with exercise
The exercise of the word carries a lot of negative sentiment. In fact, any activity that raises the heart rate may be useful in reducing blood pressure. We recommend 30 minutes of moderate activity on most days of the week. This activity is divided into separate blocks of time, as long as each block is at least 10 minutes.
There are many activities that can count toward your daily goal of 30 minutes. The traditional exercise brisk walking, bicycling, and swimming are good choices. Examples of moderate activity other sports include volleyball, touch football, basketball, dancing and jumping rope fast.
There are also many common tasks that can be applied within 30 minutes of daily activity. Some of these include washing and waxing the car, gardening, raking leaves, shoveling snow and washing floors. Regular exercise at a moderate intensity provides many health benefits and reduce blood pressure. The work in 30 minutes every day and can reduce blood pressure by up to 4-9 points.
